Pininfarina also worked with landscape architect, Architectural Alliance Landscaping, to create lush outdoor areas inspired by the city’s maritime roots, both on the rooftop deck and outside the tower.
Andare Residences are located at the foot of the Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk, in the downtown urban core, forging a seamless connection between the new Tunnel Top Park and the pedestrian walkways. The Andare Residences are located two miles from Fort Lauferdale's famous beach, so residents have access to the cosmopolitan lifestyle of Fort Lauderdale with close proximity to many outdoor pursuits.
