Coral Ridge Isles Homes are located in northern Fort Lauderdale west of US1 (Federal Highway). Coral Ridge Isles consists of nearly 1,000 homes bounded by Commercial Boulevard on the South, Cypress Creek Road on the North, Dixie Highway on the West and Northeast 18th Avenue on the East. Approximately 400 homes are located on waterfront canals with ocean access under fixed bridges and another 600 homes on quiet, tree-lined streets. Coral Ridge Isles, is surrounded by fine dining, incredible healthcare facilities, parks, places of worship, and just about every amenity you could think of. Whether it’s a day trip to Key Largo, a long weekend to Disney World, or just breakfast on the beach, it is ideally situated to offer activities suited to your lifestyle.
Just to the east is the town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea known for it’s family run hotels, restaurants, entertainment and fishing pier. The area has access to a couple of shopping malls, movie theaters, alfresco waterfront restaurants. To the south is Las Olas Boulevard with its upscale dining, shopping and entertainment along the Boulevard and Fort Lauderdale’s New River. In addition are: The Broward Center for the Performing Arts, city’s Business District, City and County Government offices, and several city parks. The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is a cornerstone to the Himmarshee Arts and Entertainment District which is a quick trip a couple of blocks to the west. Several events are staged in the parks along the Riverwalk’s several parks throughout the year.
