Hendricks Isle Condos Townhomes are just east of downtown Fort Lauderdale, along with the Isles of Venice re seeing a surge in development to support those individuals that like the condo concept but not the tall buildings; waterfront property, boat dockage, unrestricted access to deep water and still be just moments away from the beach.
