To the south, residents have easy access to Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas/A1A action as well as the Galleria shopping mall.
Close by is Las Olas Boulevard with its upscale dining, shopping and entertainment along the Boulevard and Fort Lauderdale’s New River. In addition are: The Broward Center for the Performing Arts, city’s Business District, City and County Government offices, and several city parks. The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is a cornerstone to the Himmarshee Arts and Entertainment District which is a quick trip a couple of blocks to the west.
